Sub Lieutenant Todd Kennedy is silhouetted during an early morning run on the flight deck of HMCS REGINA. The Canadian frigate is part of Coalition Task Force 151, and is responsible for escorting ships, intercepting and boarding suspect vessels and guarding against attacks on shipping, in support of Operation APOLLO, Canada's contribution to the international campaign against terrorism.
